the location was very good. i was able to walk to many tourist sites. the reception staff was friendly and helpful to me.

I found a business focus here. The staff provides helpful assistance. My room included generous space, cleanliness, and quietness with good storage. The bed offered comfort. Breakfast had many options available.
The overhead shower did not work, I was only able to use the handheld.

I found the staff were helpful. breakfast had good options. coffee was available upon order. eggs were also made to order. I asked for scrambled and it was delivered quickly. the hotel is close to the u-bahn station.
the pillows were too soft and flat. they were not supportive for my head at all.

the gym features three treadmills plus two stationary bikes. a selection of free weights is available. the pool area includes twenty loungers and also a shaded section. everything was quite clean.

The hotel sits near a u-bahn line, it accesses most areas. spittelmarkt u-bahn station is very close. gendarmenmarkt is also within walking distance, though it is quite a walk. Still, it is manageable.

the breakfast buffet offered many selections. a bar served coffee along with drinks throughout the day and evening. i think it provided a convenient spot for a quick bite or drink. everything looked fresh.
